Order Acceptance

The New IT may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. The New IT reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If The New IT cancels an order after you have already been billed, The New IT will refund the billed amount.

Cancellation Policy

For rescheduling or cancellations without penalty, participants need to notify The New IT in writing fifteen (15) or more calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of a class, workshop or session. Participants who cancel their registration at fifteen (15) or more calendar days prior to the scheduled start date have the opportunity to either reschedule or obtain a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling with less than fifteen (15) calendar days notice before the class, workshop or session start date.

Training classes may periodically be rescheduled or canceled by The New IT due to unanticipated circumstances. In this instance, participants who have already registered for a specific class can either choose to receive a full refund or select an alternate class of the same course to attend. The New IT will attempt to notify customers of rescheduled class dates or cancellations at least fifteen (15) calendar days notice before the class start date.

Substitution of class participants may be made free of charge at any time prior to the scheduled start date by notifying The New IT.
